Mississippi River Float
This fish is actually bigger than it looks because of the backdrop of my belly.
Last weekend Steve an I took his drift boat and floated 13 miles of the Mississippi river between Monticello and Elk River. We put in after a nasty thunderstorm, which by the way wouldn't be a normal fishing trip with Steve unless it rains 2in, sleets, or snows. We miscalculated our drift time and didn't get off the water till about midnight, but it was a good lesson and fun to be on the river after dark. They even lit fire works for us.
